We regret to announce the departure of Mr. Gilles Robert, CEO of the Ceramaret Group on the 31st of August 2024 as he is taking up a new professional challenge.

As part of the succession of Mr. Hugues Leuzinger, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing, who will retire in 2 years, we are pleased to announce the appointment on May 1, 2024, of Mr. Ramon Giovannini as "Vice-President Sales & Marketing" for the Ceramaret Group.

Ceramaret SA based in Bôle, Switzerland, and Ceramaret GmbH based in Meissen, Germany are delighted to announce the acquisition of TKC-Technische Keramik GmbH from Meissen, Germany. This transaction was completed on March 2nd, 2023 with retroactive effect to January 1, 2023. With TKC, Ceramaret integrates a well-established manufacturer of technical ceramics components with a presence in attractive markets and a good capacity reserve for expansion.

Change of CEO at Ceramaret GmbH : As from 1 January 2022, the role of CEO at Ceramaret GmbH in Meissen will be taken over by Andreas Ziegert.
